The TPS922055DRRR device is a 4A asynchronous buck LED driver with a wide input range of 4.5V to 65V. The device uses adaptive turn-off time current mode control and intelligent, precise sampling to enable inductive fast dimming (IFD) and high light accuracy. By integrating a low-side NMOS switch, the device not only drives leds, but also charges batteries with high power density and efficiency. The device switch frequency can be configured in the range of 100kHz to 2.2MHz, and has an optional spread frequency function for better EMI performance.
