Product Description

The DP83TC811SWRNDRQ1 Low Power Automotive PHYTER 100BASE-T1 Ethernet Physical Layer Transceiver provides the physical layer functionality required for transmitting and receiving data over shielded single twisted pair cable. The device enables xMII flexibility by supporting standard MII, RMII, RGMII, and SGMII MAC interfaces. The companion diagnostic tool suite integrates debug tools and test modes with a variety of real-time monitoring tools. The suite includes an integrated electrostatic discharge (ESD) monitoring tool that counts ESD events on the xMII and MDI. In addition, the ESD tool enables real-time monitoring via programmable interrupts.The DP83TC811S-Q1 provides a pseudo-random binary sequence (PRBS) frame generation tool that eliminates the need for a MAC to send and receive data and is fully compatible with the internal loopback.


The device is available in a 6mm x 6mm, 36-pin VQFN wettable side package.The DP83TC811S-Q1 device is qualified to AEC-Q100 for automotive applications.
