Overview: 

The LITIX TM base TLD1120EL is a single-channel high-side driver IC with an integrated output stage. The device is designed to control LEDs with currents up to 360 mA. In a typical automotive application, the device is capable of driving three red LEDs with currents up to 180 mA, with current capability limited by thermal cooling.  Output current control is virtually independent of load and supply voltage variations.

Designed for exterior LED lighting applications such as taillights/brake lights, turn signals, marker lights, side lights
