The TLC69604RTWR step-down charge pump converters are switched capacitor step-down DC/DC converters that produce two regulated outputs over a wide input range. The first regulated output is a 5V output generated by connecting directly to the charge pump output. The second regulated output is a 3.3V output generated by a low dropout (LDO) linear post regulator. The converter provides up to 350mA of total output current. Power dissipation is reduced by more than 2W with 12V VIN and maximum load on both outputs.
