The ADL5536ARKZ is a 20 dB linear amplifier with a maximum operating frequency of 1 GHz, suitable for various cellular, cable TV, military and instrumentation equipment. This amplifier has the following main characteristics:

Among the existing internal matching IF gain modules, the ADL5536ARKZ offers a relatively high dynamic range. This performance can be achieved by simultaneously providing an extremely low noise figure and very high OIP3 characteristics throughout the entire 1 GHz frequency range. The ADL5536ARKZ also offers an extremely flat gain and P1dB throughout the entire frequency range, and it does not change with temperature, power supply or device variations.

The ADL5536ARKZ internally matches 50 Ω in both input and output, making it easy to use in a variety of different applications. It only needs to be configured with an input/output AC coupling capacitor, a power decoupling capacitor and an external inductor to work.

The ADL5536ARKZ is manufactured using the GaAs HBT process, and its ESD rating is ±2 kV (Class 2). This device adopts the MSL-1 grade SOT-89 package, uses exposed pads and has excellent thermal resistance performance.

When powered by a single 5V supply, the power consumption of the ADL5536ARKZ is 105 mA, and its rated temperature range is from -40 °C to +85°C.

The ADL5536ARKZ is also pin-compatible with the 16 dB gain ADL5535. Each amplifier is provided with a fully configured evaluation board.
