The ADM6319B31ARJZ is a power monitoring circuit designed to monitor the supply voltage and code execution integrity of microprocessor systems. The on-chip watchdog timer not only provides a power-on reset signal but also resets the microprocessor if it fails to issue a strobe pulse within a preset timeout period. The reset signal can also be initiated externally via a manual reset input pin.

The ADM6319B31ARJZ is housed in a 5-pin SOT-23 package and features a typical power consumption of just 3 μA, making it suitable for low-power, portable applications.
