The TSY-83LN of Mini-Circuits is a wideband, bypass mode supported low-noise MMIC amplifier based on GaAs pHEMT, featuring a combination of high IP3 and flat gain. The operating frequency range of the TSY-83LN amplifier is 0.4 to 8 GHz, featuring a high dynamic range, a noise figure of 1.5 dB, a gain of 22 dB, a P1dB of 22.9 dB, and an OIP3 of 33.6 dB.

This combination of features makes it an ideal choice for sensitive, high dynamic range receiver applications, where a fast bypass gain stage may be required in the presence of high-power RF signals. The TSY-83LN is powered by a single 5V or 6V supply, which matches well with 50Ω. It features a micro thin 3x3 mm QFN package, making it easy to integrate into dense circuit board layouts.
