The F6921AVRI is an ultra-low power, dual-channel, low-noise amplifier (LNA) RFIC, specifically designed for Ku-band satellite communication planar phased array antennas. The perfect combination of low power consumption, low noise, high gain and compact size maximizes the G/T of the antenna array while minimizing the overall system power consumption. The external bias current provides gain control, standby mode and temperature compensation.
