LTM4707EY: 16VIN, 16A ultra-low noise Silent Switcher 3 μModule regulator

1. Overview

The LTM4707EY is a complete 16A step-down Silent Switcher 3 power μModule® regulator in a tiny 6.25mm × 6.25mm × 5.07mm BGA package. This package contains a switch controller, power MOSFET, inductor and supporting components. The working input voltage range of LTM4707EY is 3V to 16V, and it supports an output range of 0.3V to 6V. The output voltage is set through a single resistor, thereby providing unit gain operation within the output range and generating almost constant output noise independent of the output voltage.
