The LTM4622IV device is a dual-channel 2.5A step-down switch-mode µModule® (micro Module) regulator, featuring a slim and ultra-thin 6.25mm x 6.25mm x 1.82mm LGA package. This voltage regulator is equipped with a built-in switch controller, power FET, inductor and supporting components. The LTM4622IV can operate within an input voltage range of 3.6V to 20V and supports an output voltage range of 0.6V to 5.5V (set by a single external resistor).
