The LTM4622EV is a highly integrated dual 2.5A step-down switching mode μModule® regulator, suitable for various application scenarios that require efficient power management. The LTM4622EV is equipped with a built-in switch controller, power FET, inductor and supporting components. The LTM4622 can operate within an input voltage range of 3.6V to 20V and supports an output voltage range of 0.6V to 5.5V (set by a single external resistor).
