The LTM4650MPY is a dual-channel 25A or single-channel 50A output switch-mode step-down DC/DC μModule® (power module) regulator. The package is built-in with a switch controller, power FET, inductor and all supporting components. The LTM4650MPY can operate within an input voltage range of 4.5V to 15V and supports two output voltage ranges of 0.6V to 1.8V (each set by a single external resistor). The high-efficiency design of this device can provide a continuous current of 25A for each output.

The LTM4650MPY has the following main features

It has a maximum total DC output error of ±1.5% over the entire voltage, load and temperature range

Multi-phase parallel current sharing (up to 300A) can be achieved by using multiple LTM4650s.

The pins are compatible with LTM4620 (dual channel 13A, single channel 26A) and LTM4630 (dual channel 18A, single channel 36A)
