The LTM4630EY-1A is a dual-channel 18A or single-channel 36A output step-down μModule® (micro module) regulator with a total DC output error of ±0.8% and a transient output error of ±3%. The LTM4630EY-1A includes a switch controller, a power FET, an inductor and all supporting components. External compensation can achieve fast transient response to minimize the output capacitance when powering FPGA, ASIC and processor to the greatest extent. By using synchronous multi-phase parallel current sharing, four LTM4630-1 devices can provide up to 144A. The LTM4630EY-1A is available in a 16mm x 16mm x 5.01mm BGA package.

The LTM4630EY-1A mainly has the following key characteristics:

It has a maximum total DC output error of ±0.8% across the entire voltage, load and temperature range (LTM4630-1A).

A transient output error of ±3% can be achieved by using a very small output capacitor
