The LTM4630IY-1A is a dual-channel 18A or single-channel 36A output step-down μModule® (micro module) regulator, produced by (ADI). This device has a total DC output error of ±0.8% and a transient output error of ±3%. The LTM4630IY-1A is equipped with a built-in switch controller, power FET, inductor and all supporting components. External compensation can achieve fast transient response to minimize the output capacitance when powering FPGA, ASIC and processor to the greatest extent. By using synchronous multi-phase parallel current sharing, four LTM4630-1 devices can provide up to 144A.
