The LTM4642EY is a dual-channel 4A or single-channel 8A step-down DC/DC μModule®(micro module) regulator. It is equipped with a built-in switch controller, power FET, inductor and all the supporting components. The LTM4642EY can operate within an input voltage range of 4.5V to 20V (with a minimum of 2.375V when using an external CPWR bias), and supports two outputs with a voltage range of 0.6V to 5.5V (set by a single external resistor). Its high-efficiency design can provide a continuous current of 4A for each output (with a peak of 5A).

In addition, the LTM4642EY mainly has the following features:
