The LTM4630EY-1B is a dual-channel 18A or single-channel 36A output step-down μModule® (micro module) regulator with a total DC output error of ±1.5% and a transient output error of ±3%. The external compensation of LTM4630EY-1B enables a fast transient response to minimize the output capacitance when powering FPGA, ASIC and processor to the greatest extent. By using synchronous multi-phase parallel current sharing, four LTM4630-1 devices can provide up to 144A.
