The LTM4676AEY is a dual-channel 13A or single-channel 26A step-down μModule® (micro module) DC/DC regulator, which features remote configurability and remote monitoring of power management parameters via PMBus (an open standard digital interface protocol based on I2C). The LTM4676AEY includes a fast analog control loop, high-precision mixed-signal circuits, EEPROM, power MOSFET, inductors and supporting components.

In addition, the LTM4676AEY mainly has the following features:

Dual-channel, fast, analog loop with digital interface for control and monitoring

Wide input voltage range: 4.5V to 26.5V

Output voltage range: 0.5V to 5.4V (4V on VOUT0)

It has a maximum DC output error of ±1% throughout the entire temperature range

It has a current readback accuracy of ±2.5% under a 10A load condition

I2C serial interface conforming to the 400kHz PMBus standard

Integrated 16-bit ΔΣ ADC

Constant frequency current mode control

Multiple modules can be paralleled and current-sharing can be carried out
