The ISO7221ADR is a dual-channel digital isolator with capacitive coupling (SiO₂ barrier) technology that provides electrical isolation up to 2500Vrms for high reliability scenarios such as industrial automation, medical equipment, and automotive electronics. The device supports 1Mbps data rate with low propagation delay (475ns) and excellent interference immunity (25kV/µs CMTI) to ensure signal transmission stability and safety.

High Isolation Performance

Isolation voltage: 2500Vrms (according to UL 1577), transient immunity up to 25kV/µs, effective suppression of common mode noise.

Silicon dioxide (SiO₂) isolation gate is used to ensure long-term reliability and aging resistance1.

High speed and low latency

1Mbps data transfer rate for industrial communication buses (e.g. Modbus, Profibus).

Propagation delay of only 475ns and pulse width distortion (PWD) of up to 14ns ensure signal integrity.

Operating voltage range: 3V~5.5V, compatible with 3.3V and 5V systems.
