ISO1176TDWR is a digital isolated RS422/RS485 transceiver in a 16-SOIC (7.5mm wide) package, supporting 40Mbps high-speed communication and providing 2500Vrms electrical isolation, compliant with the ISO 11898 standard.

• Fault protection receiver: Supports bus open-circuit, short-circuit, and idle state detection

• Differential output: 2.1 V (54 Ω load)

• Low bus capacitance: ≤ 10 pF, reducing node load

• Wide temperature range: -40 °C to +85 °C
