The ADUM4151ARIZ is a 5 kV rms, 7-channel SPIisolator™ digital isolator optimised for isolated serial peripheral interface (SPI) applications. The ADUM4151ARIZ device is based on ADI's iCoupler® chip-scale transformer technology, offering low propagation delay characteristics in CLK, MO/SI, MI/SO, and SS SPI bus signals, supporting SPI clock rates up to 17 MHz. These channels have a propagation delay of 14 ns and jitter of 1 ns during operation, optimised for SPI timing.
