The SI8660BD-ASR is a high-performance six-channel digital isolator belonging to the Si86xx series, packaged in a 16-SOIC package, and suitable for applications requiring high-voltage isolation, such as industrial automation, electric vehicles, medical equipment, and communication systems. This device is based on capacitive coupling isolation technology, offering 5kVrms isolation voltage and 150Mbps high-speed data transmission, with low propagation delay, high noise immunity, and low power consumption characteristics, making it a suitable replacement for traditional optocoupler isolation solutions.
