The LMR33620ARNXR is an easy-to-use synchronous step-down DC/DC converter that provides excellent efficiency for demanding industrial applications. The LMR33620ARNXR is capable of driving load currents up to 2A with input voltages as high as 36V, and also provides excellent light load efficiency and output accuracy in an ultra-small solution size. Features such as a power up flag and precision enable termination help to achieve a flexible and easy-to-use solution for a wide range of applications.The LMR33620ARNXR automatically folds back the frequency under light load conditions to improve efficiency. The device eliminates most external components through integrated technology and offers a pinout designed for simple PCB layout. Protection features include thermal shutdown, input undervoltage lockout, cycle-by-cycle current limit, and intermittent short circuit protection.

The LMR33620ARNXR is available in a 12-pin, 3mm × 2mm, next-generation VQFN package with wettable sides. The device is also available in an AEC-Q100 compliant version.
