The MP8765GQ-Z is a fully integrated high-frequency synchronous rectification buck switch mode converter. It offers a highly compact solution that delivers 6A continuous output current over a wide input voltage range, with excellent load and line regulation performance.

The MP8765GQ-Z operates at high efficiency across a wide output current load range. The constant on-time (COT) control mode enables fast transient response and simplifies loop stabilization. The under-voltage lockout is internally set to 4.6 V, and an open-drain power good signal indicates that the output voltage is within the rated range. Comprehensive protection features include overcurrent protection (OCP) and thermal shutdown.

The MP8765GQ-Z converter requires minimal external components and is available in a QFN16 (3mm × 3mm) package.
