The TPS561208DDCR is a simple, easy-to-use 1A synchronous buck converter in an SOT-23 package.

The TPS561208DDCR device is optimised to operate with as few external components as possible and achieves low standby current.

These switch-mode power supply (SMPS) devices utilise D-CAP2 mode control, providing fast transient response and supporting low equivalent series resistance (ESR) output capacitors such as specialised polymer capacitors and ultra-low ESR ceramic capacitors without the need for external compensation components.

The TPS561208DDCR is available in a 6-pin 1.6 × 2.9 (mm) SOT package, with a rated junction temperature range of –40°C to 125°C.
