The ADS9228RHAR is a family of 16-bit, high-speed, dual-channel, synchronous sampling analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) with an integrated driver for the ADC input. The integrated ADC driver simplifies the signal chain, reduces power consumption in precision applications, and supports high frequency signals beyond 1MHz. The integrated ADC reference buffer eliminates the need for external decoupling capacitors and is optimized for wide bandwidth applications.
