Overview: 

The ADS8661WRUMR is a family of acquisition systems based on successive-approximation (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC) topologies. These devices feature high-speed, high-precision SAR ADCs and integrated differential analog front-end (AFE) input driver circuits.The ADS8661W includes overvoltage protection circuitry up to ±20V and an on-chip 4.096V reference with very low temperature drift.
