The LMR33620BRNXR SIMPLE SWITCHER regulator is a simple and easy-to-use synchronous buck DC/DC converter that delivers excellent efficiency and is suitable for demanding industrial applications. The LMR33620BRNXR can drive up to 2A of load current using an input voltage of up to 36V, and offers excellent light-load efficiency and output accuracy in an ultra-small solution size. Features such as a power good indicator and a precise enable pin help enable flexible and user-friendly solutions suitable for a wide range of applications. The LMR33620BRNXR automatically folds back the frequency under light load conditions to improve efficiency. This device eliminates most external components through integrated technology and features a pinout designed for simple PCB layout. Protection features include thermal shutdown, input under-voltage lockout, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, and intermittent short-circuit protection.

The LMR33620BRNXR is available in an 8-pin HSOIC package and a 12-pin 3mm × 2mm next-generation VQFN package with wettable sides. The device also offers a version compliant with the AEC-Q100 standard.
