TPSM843320SITR - 3A Synchronous SWIFT™ Buck Power Module with 4V to 18V Input and Advanced Current Mode 

The TPSM843320SITR is a highly efficient, compact, flexible and easy-to-use synchronous DC/DC buck converter in a MicroSiP power module package. The module has an input voltage up to 18V and a fixed frequency that can be adjusted by the system designer through resistors. The embedded IC compensates internally, reducing external components and design size. Integrated high-frequency capacitors reduce transient peaks at switching nodes.
