The TPS53515RVER is a small footprint, single-channel buck converter with adaptive turn-on time D-CAP3 mode control. This device offers ease of use and low external component count for space-constrained power systems.

The device features a high performance integrated MOSFET, an accurate 0.5% 0.6V reference, and an integrated boost switch. Competitive advantages include extremely low external component count, fast load transient response, automatic jump mode operation, internal soft-start control, and no compensation.

The converter input voltage range is from 1.5V to 22V. VDD input voltage range is 4.5V to 25V. The output voltage range is 0.6V to 5.5V. The TPS53515RVER is available in a 28-pin QFN package and is rated over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range.
