The LMR36503MSAERPERQ1 is a 65V, 0.3A synchronous DC/DC buck converter in a 2mm x 2mm HotRod package. This easy-to-use converter handles input voltage transients up to 70V, provides excellent EMI performance, and supports fixed voltages of 3.3V, 5V, and other adjustable output voltages.

The LMR36503MSAERPERQ1 uses a peak current mode control architecture with internal compensation and maintains stable operation with a very small output capacitance.The LMR36503MSAERPERQ1 has a wide input operating range, which helps the device to maintain operation under conditions of large input voltage dips, making it ideal for automotive applications subjected to harsh cold start pulses.
