The HMC774ALC3B is a general-purpose, dual-balanced mixer in a lead-free, RoHS-compliant, surface-mount package that can be used as an upconverter or downconverter in the 7 GHz to 34 GHz range. The mixer requires no external components or matching circuitry, and the HMC774ALC3B features an optimised balun structure that provides excellent LO-to-RF and LO-to-IF isolation.

The mixer features an optimal LO drive level performance of >15 dBm.The HMC774ALC3B does not require wire bonding and can be manufactured using surface mount fabrication techniques.
