HMC1113LP5E - это компактный GaAs MMIC I/Q downconverter в бессвинцовом корпусе 5 x 5 мм из литого под давлением пластика для поверхностного монтажа с низкой нагрузкой. Прибор обеспечивает коэффициент усиления преобразования малого сигнала 12 дБ, коэффициент шума 1,8 дБ и характеристики зеркального отклонения 25 дБс.

В HMC1113LP5E используется МШУ, за которым следует смеситель с зеркальным подавлением, управляемый буферным усилителем LO. Этот смеситель для подавления зеркального отражения устраняет необходимость в фильтре после МШУ и удаляет тепловой шум на частоте зеркала. Он имеет выход I/Q смесителя и требует внешнего гибридного устройства с углом 90° для выбора нужной боковой полосы.

HMC1113LP5E представляет собой малогабаритную замену гибридного смесителя понижающего преобразователя с подавлением зеркала в сборе, что устраняет необходимость в проводном соединении и позволяет использовать технологии поверхностного монтажа.
