The HMC260ALC3B is a general purpose, dual balanced, single-chip microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) mixer in a RoHS-compliant, pinless, lead-free LCC package. The HMC260ALC3B mixer can be used as an up-converter or down-converter in the frequency range of 10 GHz to 26 GHz, and requires no external components or matching circuitry.

The HMC260ALC3B uses an optimised balun structure to provide local oscillator (LO) to radio frequency (RF) and LO to intermediate frequency (IF) rejection performance. The mixer employs an LO amplitude level range of 9 dBm to 15 dBm. The HMC260ALC3B does not require wire bonding and can be manufactured using surface mount fabrication techniques.
