The LTC5577IUF active mixer is optimised for RF down-conversion applications requiring high input signal processing capability and wide bandwidth. The wideband IF output uses an external resistor to set the output impedance, providing the flexibility of direct matching to differential IF loads such as filters and amplifiers. Although characterised and specified for a 100Ω differential output impedance, the device operates with output impedances from 50Ω to 400Ω, with high gain and reduced IIP3 and P1dB at higher impedance levels.F outputs can be used at frequencies up to 1.5GHz.
