HMC329ALC3B: RF Mixer - 24GHz to 32GHz, GaAs MMIC Basewave Mixer

The HMC329ALC3B is a general-purpose, dual-balanced mixer in a pinless RoHS-compliant SMT package that can be used as an upconverter or downconverter in the 24 to 32 GHz range. The mixer requires no external components or matching circuitry. The HMC329ALC3B features an optimised initial balun structure that provides excellent LO-to-RF and LO-to-IF rejection. The mixer operates at LO drive levels above +9 dBm. The HMC329ALC3B eliminates the need for wire bonding and allows the use of surface mount fabrication techniques.
