The ADMV1013ACCZ can directly convert baseband in-phase orthogonal (I/Q) input signals to RF and perform single-sideband (SSB) upconversion from complex intermediate frequency (IF) inputs. The baseband I/Q input path can be disabled, and modulated complex IF signals within the range of 0.8 GHz to 6.0 GHz can be inserted into the IF path and up-converted to 24 GHz to 44 GHz, while suppressing unwanted sidebands, which is usually better than 26 dBc. The Serial port interface (SPI) allows for the adjustment of orthogonal phase and the gate voltage of the mixer to achieve optimal sideband suppression and local oscillator (LO) zeroing. In addition, the SPI interface allows the output envelope detector to be turned off to reduce power consumption.
