The ADRF6780ACPZN-CSH is a wideband microwave upconverter designed with silicon germanium (SiGe), optimized for point-to-point microwave radio design, with an operating frequency range of 5.9 GHz to 23.6 GHz. This device has the following main characteristics:

Sideband suppression and carrier feedthrough optimization

Variable attenuators and power detectors for Tx power control

It can be programmed through the four-wire SPI interface
