The ADPA1113AEJZ is a gallium nitride (GaN) broadband power amplifier that delivers 46.5 dBm (44.7 W) of power over the 2.3 GHz to 5.7 GHz range with a power-added efficiency (PAE) of 39.0%. In addition, no external inductor is required to bias the amplifier. Ideal for continuous wave applications such as military jammers and radars.
