The HMC647ALP6E is a 6-bit digital phase shifter chip with a rated frequency range of 2.5 GHz to 3.1 GHz, providing 360-degree phase coverage with an LSB of 5.625 degrees. The HMC647ALP6E features extremely low RMS phase error of 1 degree across all phase states and extremely low insertion loss variation of 0.4 dB to ±0.5 dB. This high-precision phase shifter is controlled via 0/5 V positive control logic. The HMC647ALP6E is housed in a compact 6 mm x 6 mm plastic leadless SMT package, internally matched to 50 Ω, requiring no external components.
