The ADCA3952AMLZ is a power multiplier hybrid module in an industry standard SOT-115J package. Through the use of advanced circuit design techniques such as gallium arsenide (GaAs), pseudo-crystalline high electron mobility transistors (pHEMs), and gallium nitride (GaN) HEMTs, the device achieves an extremely high RF output, with a total composite power of up to 73.3 dBmV and a skew of 9 dB. The DC current can be externally adjusted to achieve excellent distortion performance and power consumption over the output level range.
