The ADPA9007ACGZN 2W power amplifier operates over the DC to 28GHz frequency range and features internally matched DC-coupled RF inputs and outputs. It has an integrated temperature-compensated RF power detector and a built-in temperature sensor. From 2GHz to 16GHz, the amplifier has 12.5dB of gain, 33dBm OP1dB, 45dBm OIP3, and operates on a 15V typical supply voltage with 500mA of adjustable bias current.
