The TMC7300-LA is powered by a single or dual lithium-ion battery or dual or multiple AA batteries. Ideal for battery-powered equipment. Its two full bridges allow control of two DC motors, PWM control of LEDs, or protected standalone peripherals.LEDs or protected standalone peripheral drivers use one polarity signal per half bridge. Direction, speed and torque are controlled via simple UART control. Integrated Power MOSFETs Integrated power MOSFETs can handle motor currents up to 1.2A even at low supply voltages up to 1.2A per motor or double the current when connected in parallel.
