The MAX11161EUB single-channel analog-to-digital converter is a 16-bit, 250ksps, SAR ADC. It features excellent AC and DC performance, supports a truly unipolar input range, and also has the characteristics of small size and built-in reference. This device can measure the input range of +5V (0 to 5V) and is powered by a single 5V power supply.
