The STP16DP05XTTR is a monolithic, low voltage, low current power 16-bit shift register designed for use in LED panel displays. The device contains a 16-bit serial input, parallel output shift register that powers a 16-bit D-type memory register. At the output stage, 16 regulated current sources are designed to provide a constant current of 5-100 mA to drive the LEDs.
