The NCV78343DQ0R2G is a single-chip pixel controller with an embedded switch, used to control individual leds in a series of LED strings. It is specifically designed for automotive dynamic lighting applications, especially for high-current leds.

The NCV78343DQ0R2G pixel controller device receives pixel control parameters from the pixel light ECU and converts the required light patterns or light images into individual pixel dimming data. A pixel controller device can control up to 12 pixels, each with a 1× or 2× 1.4A LED. The maximum voltage of the LED string must be limited to 60V. When it is necessary to control more than 12 pixels, multiple pixel controllers can be combined in one system.

The NCV78343DQ0R2G is connected to the microcontroller via two communication interfaces. Universal Asynchronous receiver Transmitter (UART), supporting local connection or connection with MCU using CAN transceivers and multi-point low-voltage differential signals (M−LVDS).
