The LSM6DSV320XTR is a high-performance 6-axis inertial measurement unit (IMU) launched by STMicroelectronics. It features a 3mm×2.5mm ultra-compact package and integrates motion tracking and high-intensity impact measurement functions. It is mainly targeted at fields such as consumer electronics, wearable devices, smart home, and industrial Internet of Things.
This device supports edge computing and utilizes embedded advanced dedicated functions, such as a configurable finite state machine (FSM) for motion tracking and a machine learning core (MLC) for context awareness, to provide exportable AI capabilities for Internet of Things applications.
The LSM6DSV320XTR supports the Adaptive Self-Configuration (ASC) function, which can automatically and in real time reconfigure the device based on the specific motion patterns detected or the specific decision tree output configured in the MLC, without the intervention of the main processor.
The LSM6DSV320XTR is also embedded with a dedicated accelerometer sensor featuring an independent channel and filtering function, capable of detecting high g acceleration. It fully meets the impact requirements of sports, concussion detection, impact detection, and various automotive collision detection applications.
