The TSC1214IST is a digital current, voltage and temperature monitoring analog front-end (AFE) used for monitoring low-voltage power supplies. It adopts a dual monitoring path design, where current detection is based on a 14-bit ADC and voltage or temperature monitoring is based on an 11-bit ADC. This device can be programmed through the I²C interface.

The TSC1214IST is packaged in MiniSO8 plastic and can operate within an ambient temperature range of -40 °C to +85 °C. The following are its key features:
