MAX26240AFFAY: Integrated H-bridge 4.5V to 36V, 2.2MHz, 0.6A/1.2A buck-boost converter

Overview:

The MAX26240AFFAY is a compact synchronous buck-boost converter with integrated high-side and low-side switches. The MAX26240AFFAY is designed to deliver up to 1.2A of current at input voltages ranging from 4.5V to 36V, while consuming only 52μA of quiescent current at no load. The IC provides ±2% accurate output voltage. Voltage quality can be monitored by observing the Power Good (PGOOD) signal.
