The LTC3880IUJ is a dual-output Polyphase DC/DC synchronous buck switch mode regulator controller featuring an I²C-based serial interface compatible with PMBus. The controller employs a constant-frequency current-mode architecture, supported by the LTpowerPlay™ software development tool with a graphical user interface (GUI).
Switching frequency, output voltage, and device address are programmable via external configuration resistors. Parameters may be set through the digital interface or stored in EEPROM. Voltage, current, internal/external temperature, and fault status can be read back via the bus interface. The LTC3880IUJ incorporates a 5V linear regulator.
