The MP2315GJ is a high-frequency synchronous rectification buck switch-mode converter with an integrated power MOSFET. It provides an exceptionally compact solution, delivering 3A continuous output current across a wide input range with outstanding load and line regulation.

The MP2315GJ operates in synchronous mode across the output current load range to achieve high efficiency. Its current-mode control provides fast transient response and facilitates easier loop stabilisation. Comprehensive protection features include overcurrent protection (OCP) and overtemperature shutdown.

The MP2315GJ minimises the use of standard external components and is housed in a space-saving 8-pin TSOT23 package.
